Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Meowledge Cat Photo Reading, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase.

• Email hello@meowledge.app with the email address used at checkout.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
• If a payment completed but your reading did not unlock, reopen the Photo Reading page first — it will offer to retrieve an already-paid reading at no extra charge, before you need a refund at all.
